About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to act as a key liaison between HR and business units. The role will drive people strategies that support our organizational goals, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
Manage payroll processes as required.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision making.
