Entry Level Software Developer – Remote AI Training

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully‑remote, paid AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior to senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal right to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
