Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

InteractiveWorkers, LLC is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Maracaibo. You will plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns that nurture leads, boost engagement and support revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build email workflows, templates and automated journeys using email marketing platforms.
• Segment audiences and create targeted mailing lists.
• Write, edit and test email copy, subject lines and send times.
• Monitor deliverability, compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email initiatives with broader strategies.

Required profile

• Strong experience with email marketing software and campaign creation.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, lead generation and nurturing journeys.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise based on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in digital or agency marketing is a plus.
