Communications Assistant

About the role

The Communications Assistant will join InteractiveWorkers, LLC’s communications team in Maracaibo, supporting the planning and execution of internal and external messaging initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures brand consistency across all channels while providing day‑to‑day administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format press releases, internal announcements, and external communications.
• Maintain and update the communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Monitor media coverage and public responses, summarizing insights for the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and updates for communication materials.
• Assist in preparing content for digital platforms, including website and social media.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability with experience creating clear, concise, audience‑appropriate content.
• Experience preparing and supporting distribution of press releases and media materials.
• Understanding of strategic communications and alignment with organizational goals.
• Proven track record in internal communications, such as staff updates and campaign support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with common office and communication software (word processing, presentation, email tools).
