About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced Elixir Developer to design and maintain scalable applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on challenging projects alongside top‑tier global talent.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement applications with Elixir and Phoenix.
Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
Develop concurrent and distributed systems.
Write automated tests, monitor performance, and optimise code.

Required profile

3+ years of professional experience with Elixir.
Proven experience building APIs and web services.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and database technologies.
Ability to work in English at an advanced level.
