Elixir Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Elixir Developer to join its fully remote team. You will work on scalable backend applications using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, collaborating with a global group of top‑tier engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Elixir/Phoenix applications.
• Build and support APIs and backend services.
• Implement concurrent and distributed system components.
• Write automated tests and ensure high code quality.
• Monitor performance and optimize applications.
• Collaborate with peers on technical solutions and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Elixir.
• Proven experience building APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of database technologies.
• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
