About the role

As a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant you will help clients implement and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into effective system configurations and ensure a smooth rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements for Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Design, configure and customise Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Conduct system testing, validation and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
• Understanding of CRM best practices.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field preferred.
