Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join Staffing Nest Solutions on a part‑time, remote basis. You will lead strategic digital initiatives that drive measurable growth and enhance our online presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage multi‑channel digital campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Optimize and grow social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Improve website and landing‑page SEO to boost search rankings and user experience.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics (ROI, traffic, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Create and distribute engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, and social posts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Design and manage email marketing programs, including segmentation and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a closely related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
