Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Wonderful Machine, a global production agency for commercial and editorial photography. The role starts with two months of hands‑on training in data management and business development, after which you will rotate through our Publicity and Membership teams to learn writing, editing, email marketing, social media, public relations, photo curation and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule social‑media content across multiple platforms.
• Support public‑relations activities and media outreach.
• Curate and manage photographic assets for marketing use.
• Handle basic customer‑service inquiries and maintain client records.
• Collect and analyse data to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Based in Venezuela and available full‑time.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Reliable fiber‑optic internet connection.
• MacBook (2020 model or newer).
• U.S. or FaceBank bank account.
