About the role
We are looking for recent graduates to join our US‑based creative production agency as a Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Trainee. The position is full‑time, remote and open to candidates residing in Venezuela. You will start with data‑management training and then move into either digital marketing or photo‑curation work.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain our database of clients, photographers, crew, agents and other industry contacts.
- Communicate with contacts via email, schedule capability calls and ensure data accuracy.
- After the initial month, join the Publicity team to research, write, edit and share articles and visual content across blog, email campaigns and social media.
- Or join the Membership team to learn industry organisations, evaluate insights, curate photographs for promotions and support photographer onboarding.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and ability to attend daily staff meetings.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup option.
- Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
- MacBook (2020 model or newer) or willingness to acquire one.
- Interest in photography, advertising, marketing and the creative industries.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
