Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Associate

About the role

Wonderful Machine, a US‑based creative production agency, is looking for a recent graduate to join its remote team as a Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Associate. You will start with data‑management training and then move into either the Publicity or Membership department, gaining hands‑on experience in digital marketing or photo curation for the publishing and advertising industries.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the agency’s database of clients, photographers, crew, agents and other industry contacts.
• Communicate with contacts via email, schedule capabilities calls and ensure data accuracy.
• After the training period, support the Publicity team by researching, writing, editing and sharing articles, visual content, blog posts, email campaigns and social‑media updates.
• Or support the Membership team by learning industry organisations, curating photographs and photographers for articles, handling membership inquiries and assisting with photographer onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Full‑time availability and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps, fiber or cable preferred).
• Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• MacBook (2020 model or newer) or willingness to acquire one.
• Interest in photography, writing, design, technology or marketing.
• Professional, reliable communication style and attention to detail.

Required skills

• CRM software usage.
• Social‑media platforms for content distribution.
