About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our fast‑growing client relationship team. In this remote, full‑time position you will guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring their online profiles are set up for maximum visibility and success.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the initial setup.
- Set up and optimize online profiles to deliver maximum client value.
- Drive client success and maintain high retention rates.
Required profile
- Native‑level spoken English.
- Proven track record in a customer‑facing service role.
- Excellent communication skills with a sales orientation.
