Data Scientist (Python + AI) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Data Scientist with strong Python and AI expertise to develop predictive models and generative AI solutions that drive strategic decisions for its global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine‑learning models and AI solutions to address complex business problems.
• Clean, preprocess, and ensure quality of large, diverse datasets for modeling.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) APIs and generative AI capabilities into existing workflows and data products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define challenges and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that visualize model performance and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
