Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will work remotely, coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections and submit or reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document, update, and propose enhancements to travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
