Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will work remotely, collaborating with stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, and car rentals according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation services, working with agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
