Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to lead our content department, ensuring client accounts receive high‑quality, timely, trend‑driven content that boosts business growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client content accounts.
• Assign projects to team members and oversee delivery.
• Review and approve all content before it is sent to clients.
• Develop content strategies tailored to each client.
• Research emerging trends, viral formats and platform updates.
• Maintain and update content calendars.
• Coordinate designers, video editors and virtual assistants.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Participate in client meetings when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Prior experience in an agency environment preferred.
• Strong project‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple accounts.
• Creative thinker with a keen awareness of current trends.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Experience using TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Project‑management tools like ClickUp or Trello.
