Construction Estimator - Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves detailed take‑offs, budgeting, and preparation of drawings using industry‑standard software.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Execute material take‑offs and budgets from shop drawings and supplied plans.
• Prepare drawings from sketches and plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritize tasks, and assign projects within the department.
• Calculate project time and cost estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Ensure completed projects meet customer and project specifications.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• 2+ years experience in masonry, stones, stucco, or CMU work on US projects.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
