Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in the United States. The role is fully remote and requires strong technical expertise in take‑offs, budgeting, and drafting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Execute material take‑offs and budgets from supplied plans, sketches, and shop drawings.
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Calculate project time and cost estimates, maintaining a system for recurring projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet client and project specifications.
• Support additional job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the US.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
