Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in the United States. The role is fully remote and focuses on accurate take‑offs, budgeting, and preparation of construction drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Execute material take‑offs and component‑based estimates from shop drawings and supplied plans.
• Prepare drawings from sketches and ensure budgets align with project requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritizing and assigning tasks.
• Calculate project time and cost estimates, maintaining a system for recurring projects.
• Support additional job‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience on US residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Hands‑on experience with stones, stucco, and CMU.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
