Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role is fully remote and focuses on accurate take‑offs, budgeting, and preparation of construction drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material take‑offs and cost calculations from shop drawings and project plans.
• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD based on supplied sketches.
• Develop budgets and time estimates for masonry components, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Manage daily workflow, prioritize tasks, and track project progress using Hubstaff and Google Suite.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to convey technical information clearly.

Required profile

• 2+ years of estimating experience on US residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong engineering or architectural background with proven work on stone, stucco, and CMU.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude, strong communication, and attention to detail.
