Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This full‑time, on‑site position in Caracas ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Supervise construction teams, review technical drawings, monitor on‑site progress, and resolve issues affecting project performance.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, preparing progress reports and documentation.
• Optimize processes, mitigate risks, and mentor junior project staff.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Caracas and adapt to changing project priorities.
