Community Manager

About the role

Share It Studio is looking for a Community Manager to create and manage social media content for our clients. You will work three days on‑site in Caracas and two days remotely, handling multiple platforms and supporting brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with clients' marketing goals.
• Research social media trends and competitors to generate fresh concepts.
• Schedule and publish posts across clients' social channels.
• Write scripts and prepare ideas for reels, carousels, and other formats.
• Edit videos and images for social media when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media content and calendars.
• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to understand English at an intermediate level (B1/B2) to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong awareness of current social media platforms and trends.
