Community Growth & Partnerships Coordinator (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

About the role

Camino Wonders is seeking a part‑time, remote Community Growth & Partnerships Coordinator to expand its community presence across the United States and beyond. The role is bilingual (English & Spanish) and focuses on building authentic relationships with local groups, Meetup organizers, hiking clubs, travel communities, and professional associations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant Meetup, walking, hiking, travel, wellness, cultural and professional communities that align with Camino Wonders’ audience.
• Initiate personal contact with community organizers, introduce Camino Wonders programs, and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with community leaders rather than relying on mass outreach.
• Coordinate cross‑promotion, co‑hosted events, workshops, and walking experiences.
• Invite groups to participate in Camino Conversations, workshops, and other activities.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with potential and existing partners to drive community growth.

Required profile

• Personable, relationship‑oriented marketing professional comfortable meeting new people.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with U.S. time zones.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Interest in travel, community building, and personal‑growth experiences.

Required skills

• Bilingual English‑Spanish communication.
• Experience using community platforms such as Meetup.
• Familiarity with social‑media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing.
