Clinical Operations and Quality Lead

About the role

The Clinical Operations and Quality Lead will oversee clinical quality, compliance, and the smooth delivery of Medcase’s projects. This remote, full‑time position bridges Medcase’s internal teams with client clinical and vendor partners, ensuring high‑quality output and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance sampling on completed tasks and evaluate HCP‑generated labellings/enrichments for safety and alignment with medical consensus.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of work output, ensuring no missing data.
• Manage clinical workflows by collaborating with Medcase’s clinical and operations teams, supporting physician selection, training, task execution, and feedback loops.
• Provide direct performance feedback to clinicians and generate regular reports for weekly business review meetings.
• Communicate with client clinical leads to scope tasks accurately and manage expectations.
• Assist in credential verification and rapid assessment of healthcare provider candidates, focusing on clinical background and communication skills in native and English languages.
• Act as a Medcase ambassador, presenting cases and suggestions to clients to showcase capabilities and drive growth.

Required profile

• Medical credentials (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) in final years of study or completed residency/fellowship.
• Business‑fluent English (spoken, written, and listening) with strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
