Client Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing company that provides ready‑to‑heat meal solutions to corporate offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and residential communities. As a Client Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, modify, and update orders using Shopify and internal systems, processing remakes, replacements, and credit requests while meeting SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed deliveries, coordinating with Logistics, Fulfillment, and Operations teams.
• Manage inbound tickets, emails, and live‑chat inquiries, prioritising by business impact and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support onboarding of new client accounts, keep customer records up‑to‑date, and handle day‑to‑day client communication.
• Gather complete order and shipment information before escalating, document issues clearly, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in high‑volume customer support or order management environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills and professionalism.
