Client Engagement and Coordinator

About the role

The Client Engagement and Coordinator will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients, providing information about Lingua Learn’s language programs and franchise services. The role supports sales campaigns, qualifies leads and ensures smooth onboarding through clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and guide leads through the sales process.
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations or follow‑up calls, and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and support enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Sales experience including lead qualification and call‑based conversion techniques.
• Experience in insurance or similar service‑industry environments, comfortable explaining service packages.
• Ability to understand and relay information about language courses and onboarding processes.
