Client Delivery Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple SaaS consulting engagements. This full‑time, long‑term contractor role is 100 % remote within LATAM, with required overlap to Pacific Time until 6 PM PT. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Analytics, you will partner with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on scope, on schedule, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery management across several client engagements, creating detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Enforce scope boundaries, identify and mitigate scope creep, and align deliverables with contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, adapting to their working style and capturing feedback, NPS, testimonials and case studies.
• Track engagement health, risks and success metrics, resolve blockers and provide regular status reporting.
• Coordinate post‑engagement implementation, rollout planning, dependency management and stakeholder alignment.
• Support capacity planning by monitoring team workload, identifying bottlenecks and aligning staffing.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, tracking, research and execution workflows.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and systems to scale operations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, consulting or professional services leading complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams.
