Chiropractic Medical Virtual Assistant – Intake, Records, Follow-Ups

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Chiropractic Medical Virtual Assistant to support a busy chiropractic practice remotely. You will enhance patient care by managing intake, organizing medical records, and handling follow‑up communications, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Collect patient histories before appointments using structured scripts.
• Review, organize, and upload medical documents such as MRI reports into the EMR system.
• Work with AI‑generated clinical information and transfer relevant details into patient charts.
• Prepare charts ahead of visits and request missing records from imaging centers.
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone, email, or messaging to obtain required information.
• Maintain organized, accurate patient records and assist front‑office workflow as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a chiropractic office or supporting chiropractic providers.
• Familiarity with U.S. insurance processes for injury treatment (e.g., BCBS, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna).
• Understanding of medical billing concepts such as ICD‑10, CPT, EOBs, and superbills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional English communication skills and fluent Spanish.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
