Chat Seller – English Required (B2+)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Chat Seller to engage customers worldwide through live chat. You will join one of the region’s largest marketing agencies and help promote products while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain chat conversations with potential customers.
• Present offers, answer inquiries, and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Reliable laptop or PC with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work according to Venezuela time zones (full‑time or part‑time schedules).
• Creative, organized, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
