Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Call Center Representative to join GET Global Group’s customer support team. The role involves handling inbound calls, chats and email tickets from crew members and clients in the oil‑and‑gas sector, providing accurate information and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, meeting defined resolution time targets.
• Provide accurate information about company services, processes and promotions.
• Document all interactions in the company database and follow up on pending cases.
• Handle chat and email (ticket) support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using call centre software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
