About the role
NYB Infotech is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its US client base. You will lead revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and coordinating project delivery for IT consulting services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from US clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead end‑to‑end business development activities, including cold calling, emailing, and follow‑ups.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client requirements on time.
- Track interactions and project status in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling US market clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
