Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident, commercially minded, and skilled at developing prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound business development strategies to generate new leads.
• Prospect through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Present the company's products or services and communicate their value effectively.
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout the business development process.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales materials when required.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new business.
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Track business development activities, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to support business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, pipeline, or revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast‑paced environment with a reliable internet connection.
