Business Analyst – Intake, Lead Ops & Marketing

About the role

Tort Experts is seeking a mid‑level Business Analyst to own reporting, reconciliation and proactive analysis for its intake, lead operations and marketing functions. The role is fully remote and requires availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile lead counts and spend across Google, Meta and TikTok ad platforms, call‑tracking tools and the Litify/Salesforce intake systems.
• Produce stakeholder‑ready reports on lead volume, CPL, CPA and funnel performance, continuously improving templates and workflows.
• Establish and monitor baseline KPIs for the call center, including connection rates, speed‑to‑lead, time‑to‑answer and agent conversion.
• Set automated alerts and thresholds to detect deviations in performance or spend.
• Analyze conversion rates, lead quality and profitability by channel, campaign and lead type to surface risks and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within performance marketing or lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate issues.
• Comfortable working remotely and available 9 am‑5 pm ET.
