Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant & Scribe (English‑Spanish)

About the role

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English‑Spanish) Virtual Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe to support U.S. healthcare providers remotely. You will work from Venezuela, providing real‑time documentation and administrative support that enhances practice efficiency and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time during virtual visits and enter information into the EHR/EMR.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Handle inbound and outbound patient communications in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and intake coordination.
• Support basic medical billing tasks as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA standards.

Required profile

• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written) and native or fluent Spanish.
• 0–2 years of experience; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours (night/evening shift based on time zone).
• Reliable computer, headset, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, or Athena (optional but preferred).
