Bilingual Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, bilingual professional to become the voice of our aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic. You will engage with prospective patients, educate them on our treatments, and guide them toward confident, informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries about aesthetic procedures.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls using provided lead lists.
• Close sales, process payments securely, and upsell complementary services.
• Conduct follow‑ups after procedures to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs, outcomes, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Stay informed on cosmetic surgery trends, patient safety regulations, and market innovations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at C1 level; bilingual ability is essential.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare outreach (cosmetic/aesthetic experience preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Eager to learn and motivated to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms.
• Available to work onsite in Chacao, Caracas, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30 EST.
