Bilingual Litigation Paralegal – Remote (US Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual litigation paralegal to support plaintiff‑side employment matters from intake through resolution. This fully remote position works with U.S.-based clients and focuses on high‑volume case management and document drafting.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare complaints, amended complaints, EEOC charges, and settlement communications.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Draft Rule 26 disclosures, deposition notices, subpoenas, and deposition summaries.
• Assist with witness preparation, trial preparation, and drafting motions and supporting documents.
• Organize exhibits, maintain litigation files, manage deadlines, court filings, and case calendars.
• Conduct factual investigations, review employment, personnel, medical, and wage records, and manage client communications.
• Support attorneys with litigation strategy, case development, and preparation of hearing, mediation, and settlement materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law.
• Proven ability to handle a high‑volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Extensive experience drafting substantive litigation documents.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and e‑filing systems.
