Bilingual Health Support Specialist

About the role

Neolytix is seeking a Bilingual Health Support Specialist to join its boutique consulting team supporting small and medium‑sized healthcare providers across the United States. You will work closely with physicians and clinic staff to ensure accurate medical record documentation and smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
• Update patient history, physical exam notes, and other health information in the patient record.
• Ensure medical record compliance through self‑documentation attestation.
• Send completed documentation to physicians for review and approval, following facility‑specific procedures.
• Monitor basic lab results and screening procedure timelines.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other hospital policies.
• Perform additional clerical tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Virtual Assistant (required).
• Fluent English; bilingual ability preferred.
• Full‑time availability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance guidelines.
