About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who will handle voice and chat interactions in both Spanish and English. Working remotely, you will support a diverse customer base, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities

Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email.
Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver prompt solutions.
Personalize each interaction to build strong relationships.
Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
Offer feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
