Bilingual Creative Executive Assistant (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing media and marketing company seeking a bilingual Creative Executive Assistant to support a senior creative executive. This full‑time remote position is based in Latin America and requires close alignment with Pacific‑time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the executive’s complex calendar, ensuring focus on high‑impact creative work.
• Act as the primary communication hub between the executive, internal production teams, and external partners.
• Conduct independent digital research, compile briefing materials, and identify trending content hooks across global social platforms.
• Evaluate video drafts for quality, timing, music sync, and pacing.
• Localize successful Spanish‑language content into high‑performing English concepts.
• Build and maintain SOPs, internal documentation, and operational resources for the media department.
• Leverage advanced AI tools and productivity applications to automate routine workflows and boost executive efficiency.

Required profile

• Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Chief of Staff, or a comparable high‑performance support role.
• University degree or equivalent high‑level professional experience.
• Proactive, resource‑driven mindset with a proven ability to manage up and solve complex administrative challenges independently.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital media production, and basic audience psychology.
• Exceptional project‑management and time‑management capabilities.
