Bilingual Creative Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing media and marketing company looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Creative Executive Assistant to support our senior creative executive. The role is fully remote, based in Latin America, and requires a proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a keen eye for digital content and social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the executive’s complex calendar, ensuring focus on high‑impact creative work.
• Act as the primary communication hub between the executive, internal production teams, and external partners.
• Conduct independent digital research, compile briefing materials, and identify trending content hooks across global social platforms.
• Evaluate video drafts for quality, timing, music sync, and pacing, applying basic aesthetic judgment.
• Localise successful Spanish‑language content into high‑performing concepts for English‑speaking audiences.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and operational resources for the media department.
• Leverage advanced AI and productivity tools daily to automate routine workflows and boost executive efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Chief of Staff, or similar high‑performance support role.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Highly proactive, resource‑driven, and able to manage up and solve complex administrative issues independently.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital media production, and basic audience psychology.
