Bilingual Appointment Setter – Insurance (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking two energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Setters to join a fast‑growing U.S. insurance company that provides coverage for truck drivers. Leads are pre‑qualified through Facebook advertising and are eager to learn more about our services. Your main task will be to contact these leads quickly, qualify them and book appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to up to 200 inbound leads daily via phone, text and CRM follow‑ups.
• Build rapport, answer questions and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives.
• Record all activity and maintain detailed notes in the CRM.
• Respond promptly to new leads to maximise conversion.
• Achieve daily outreach and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; bilingual Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls each day.
• Outgoing, confident and persuasive communication style.
• Goal‑oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection, computer and headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Go High Level CRM (Leads for Life).

What we offer

• Base salary of $600 per month.
• Commission of $15 for every sale closed from your appointments.
• Two shift options: 9 AM‑3 PM EST or 3 PM‑9 PM EST, Monday‑Friday.
• Remote work with flexible scheduling.
