B2B SaaS Customer Success Specialist (Remote)

About the role

FigPii is seeking a motivated, solution‑driven Customer Success Specialist to deliver world‑class service to its global B2B SaaS customers. You will handle support tickets, onboard new users, and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support tickets via email and chat, meeting response‑time SLAs.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and technical setup on the platform.
• Identify and champion opportunities to improve the customer journey and support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role.
• High energy, positive attitude and proactive, self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience using a ticketing system (Helpscout preferred) for email and chat support.
