Appointment Setting Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Raise the Roof is looking for a full‑time Appointment Setting Specialist to join its remote team from Venezuela. You will contact United States homeowners, introduce them to free roof and water‑damage inspections, and schedule appointments for field inspectors.

Key responsibilities

• Make 180‑220 outbound cold calls per day to pre‑qualified homeowner leads across the U.S.
• Qualify prospects by confirming homeowner status and property details.
• Schedule home‑inspection appointments and record accurate notes in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining persistence.
• Meet daily and weekly targets: at least 3 confirmed inspections per day and 2 signed clients per week.

Required profile

• Reliable home office with computer, high‑speed internet and a quiet environment.
• Fluent Spanish and conversational English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from Venezuela.
