AI Engineer (Python) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to design and deliver production‑grade AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. The role is fully remote and bridges cutting‑edge AI research with real‑world business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications in Python using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design, build, and optimise RAG pipelines that enrich LLM outputs with external data sources.
• Integrate and fine‑tune LLM APIs and vector‑database services for semantic search and complex reasoning tasks.
• Architect scalable data‑processing workflows to ingest and prepare content for AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI strategy and identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor model performance, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency in production.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record building AI‑powered systems with LLMs.
• Hands‑on experience creating and deploying RAG pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
