AI Engineer (Agents) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer specialized in building autonomous, multi‑step agentic systems. You will design and orchestrate workflows that enable large language models to reason, use tools, and accomplish complex business tasks with minimal human oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent coordination frameworks for long‑running, intricate workflows.
• Develop robust tool‑calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend autonomous agent capabilities.
• Orchestrate reasoning and planning logic using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Optimize performance through observability, loop detection, and context‑rotation management.
• Implement safety guardrails, evaluation protocols, and moderation controls for reliable agent operation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI or agentic systems.
• Proven track record building multi‑step agentic solutions with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities, including tool calling and reasoning.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate high‑level product goals into executable agent personas.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
