Agile Facilitator

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Facilitator to empower multiple engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software through collaboration, continuous improvement and agile best practices. The role works closely with US‑based clients and supports large‑scale, multi‑team delivery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support technical teams, ensuring clear objectives and effective collaboration.
• Monitor team performance and delivery health, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and raise Agile maturity across teams.
• Promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and work‑management processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Facilitate scaled‑Agile events including PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Manage risks, dependencies and release delivery flows across multiple teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile roles supporting or leading multiple teams.
• Proven experience coordinating large‑scale deliveries using SAFe or similar scaling frameworks.
• SAFe certifications (RTE, SPC) and Scrum/PSM certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
