Activation Executive – On & Off Trade (Lechería)

About the role

The Activation Executive will drive the deployment and execution of commercial and brand activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels in the Eastern region of Venezuela. You will ensure visibility programs, promotions, innovation launches and shopper experiences are delivered flawlessly and in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and deployment of approved activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels.
• Ensure flawless implementation of promotions, visibility initiatives, innovation launches, consumer activations, bundles and value‑added packs.
• Coordinate production, deployment and tracking of POSM and visibility assets.
• Deploy activation toolkits, execution guides and sales support materials based on approved plans.
• Monitor activation implementation to ensure compliance with execution standards and timelines.
• Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and production partners to deliver activation activities effectively.
• Track activation KPIs and execution compliance through regular reporting and field feedback.
• Support post‑activation evaluations, consolidating learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.
• Manage activation budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing or Commercial Execution.
• Experience managing activation projects, agencies and suppliers.
• Preferable experience working with both On Trade and Off Trade channels.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Analytical, reporting and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, execution‑oriented and results‑driven.
