Website QA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Website QA Specialist to ensure our WordPress sites launch without errors and provide a flawless user experience across all devices and browsers. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and content teams in a fully remote, full‑time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing of WordPress websites on multiple browsers and devices.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, UI inconsistencies, and functional issues.
• Verify that sites meet design specifications, content accuracy, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
• Perform cross‑browser and mobile compatibility testing.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to prioritize and resolve issues before deployment.
• Review website content for formatting, grammar, broken links, and basic SEO.
• Test site speed, responsiveness, and performance using industry‑standard tools.
• Ensure correct implementation of tracking codes such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
• Maintain detailed test reports and help improve internal QA processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional website QA experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and responsive design principles.
• Excellent eye for design accuracy, pixel‑perfect layouts, and content formatting.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2) and strong documentation skills.
