Senior Shopify & E-commerce Specialist

About the role

Our Client is seeking a Senior Shopify & E‑commerce Specialist to take ownership of the development, optimization, integration, and day‑to‑day technical management of multiple Shopify‑based e‑commerce stores. The role blends strong Shopify development expertise with hands‑on e‑commerce experience to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize multiple Shopify stores and storefronts.
• Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Configure and manage Shopify Admin, products, collections, navigation, apps, and store settings.
• Connect Shopify stores with third‑party platforms, APIs, CRMs, analytics, and marketing tools.
• Troubleshoot integrations, bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems across stores.
• Support launch, migration, and ongoing management of new Shopify stores.
• Monitor store performance, conversion rates, SEO, and overall site health.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Shopify development and e‑commerce experience.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, conversion optimization, and digital marketing workflows.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with marketing and design teams.

Required skills

• Shopify platform and Shopify Admin.
• Liquid templating language.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Shopify APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.
• Git and version control.
