Virtual Assistant – Remote (Medical Tourism)

About the role

Placidway Medical Tourism is seeking a full‑time Virtual Assistant to support its sales and business development teams. You will help expand global healthcare access by assisting with strategic medical tourism initiatives and client outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, tracking leads, and managing customer databases.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing calls, and creating presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate client information, leads, and sales data.
• Help draft sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical tourism sectors.
• Support lead generation, outreach, and follow‑up communications.
• Assist with marketing campaign execution and event coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a virtual or sales assistant role.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in sales, healthcare, and medical tourism.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Expert‑level use of CRM tools.
